Please...who is this actress???

Seen her in a movie when she played a young schoolgirl...was sent to the principals office a number of times and made it with a janitor with a bunch of girl classmates etc etc.. I really want to know the movies name. But if I can at least find out the actress, that would help!!!

...now, any idea what movie I was referring to? All I can remember is that it's in a school, she giggles alot in the movie, does a group scene with a janitor who's been spying on the girls at the school, has a toilet scene, and gets sent to the principal of her school and blows him....I have no idea what film...it's older though. Any help would be appreciated!!!!!!
