Sinister Sex World 3, which as far as I can see is a US relabelling of an E Euro film.
Has a prominent mole on the right shoulder.

I've seen this woman, but I don't know much more about her.

Anyway, several Euro actresses have prominent moles on or near their right shoulder. Vanessa, the Hungarian lady from Geil Mit 40 Teil 3 I asked you about, also has one. Chipy Marlowe does as well, I think.
