I need help finding a classic film

Hello everyone,
I am trying to locate a film that I saw many years ago, the title of which I do not know.
I am a collecator of 70's and 80's adult films, from both Europe and the USA.
I can remebre two scenes in particular from the film which I'm sure was either French or German. I have boughted and watched many European films in the hope of finding this film but I haven't found it yet.
The fisrt scene I remember is quite common. It's a lady (a secretary I think) sitting on a guys desk talking to him before they bang each other. This happens in quite a few films so I know that won't be enough.
The second I remember is more detailed. There is a couple going at it in the back of a camper van (a VW I think), in the country somewhere. She's on top of him and then a blind man appears who gets into the van and joins the couple in a DP.
I would really like to find this title to add to my collection. If anyone recognises the film from those two scenes, please let me know what it is called.
