high grade productions?????

i ordered a video off high grade and sent them 3 e-mails to check my order had got to them.so far no responce.have thay stoped trading or just bad customer service,dose anyone know a contact phone number with the company geing in london.

i normally give them a couple of weeks. they`ve never let me down in the past, though i`ve not ordered anything for the last 2 or 3 catalogues.

Just used them again: have never found them to be anything other than 100% reliable.
Write them a letter- that should get it sorted. E-mail is sometimes a little wonky.

They are still trading. I just got a flyer from them. How long have you been waiting for your order? Mine always arrived within two weeks.
As JJ said email can be very slow. I once emailed them and it was about a month before they replied. As for the phone number that Richie Rich is mailing you if its the mobile number I am thinking of then its never switched on.
