I did those caps on 1455's page and I didn't, um, get a 'Fanny' feeling at
the time.
I agree the breasts are similar [although IMO F's are a little more pert and
less 'droopy'] but for me the major difference is in the noses- although F
has quite an impressive proboscis herself, 1455's is even more like a
ski-slope :- )
We may be able to confirm, as 1455 has a distinct mole above the left
areola.
If Fanny has one in exactly the same spot, I'll get me a new pair of
spectacles....

I must admit you're right. I just checked. Fanny has no moles and also her nose is really different.
