Early magma movie title?

I seen this movie over 15 years ago along side Spritzstation, but I cant remember the title.
What I do know is its about 3 Prostitutes, and in 1 scene 2 of them are arrested, and put in a jail cell, they tease 2 cops into a group scene on the cell bed.
In another scene the 3rd girl performs with a guy on a park bench
any ideas of the title?
