This seems from the opening-credits to be an entirely Italian production
[GeoMedia], titled 'Sola contro Tutti'. Soundtrack is Italian-dubbed.

1) Regina Sipos, in the Sheriff's office- anal; meanwhile, in the hoosegaw
[staying in the spirit of the thing [img]http://www.egafd.com/forum/smileys/grin.gif[/img] ], Jade has b/g;
2) Eva Falk- bbg;
3) Maria Szolontai [as Maria Swalloy]- DP;
4) Jade- anal/Ursula Moore- DP/Regina Sipos- anal;
5) Missy- DP, after the 'notorious' insertion of a six-shooter's barrel-tip
in Mickey G's anus. The DP is pretty good, the shallow gun-reaming not
worth the fuss. I mean, she's forever sticking various household
implements up MG's glory-hole.......

Regarding 'Part 1', I only have the Sin City release, which has exactly the
same typeface in the opening-credits and the title 'Calamity Jane'.
Credited females are Missy, Maria de Sanchez, Jade, Maria Swalloy and
Eva Falk. Nowhere could I find the names 'Mine' and 'Cristina Szabo'.
Ursula Moore does not appear.
