Yes, I know that many people have problems with Ben's reissues, especially as the box covers and publicity often don't make it clear that is what they are.
On the other hand, you could argue that anyone who has the scenes already should realise what they are, and that Ben is serving the public in Britain by making available on R18 DVDs scenes from his back catalogue which were previously only available on continental and American videos/DVDs not legally available in the UK.
