Brandy, although illustrated on the artwork, does not appear at all.
The titular 'Betty' is the girl in the third and fourth caps on
Brandy's page. She has a large abstract tattoo on the upper right
arm and another on the left hip, and doesn't seem to resemble any
of the Bettys in the DB:

Although my copy of 'B's GT' has no cast-credits Andrea [12] is called
'Natalie' in the film, and Claudia Ferrari, 'Claudia'. I couldn't catch any
other names.

She also appears in two sex-scenes in 'Matratzen Luder' [from which
the following caps are taken] which, judging by the partly-shared
cast and the identical location, was shot at the same time- this might
also explain the apparent anomalies in the artwork of the two titles
although Brandy doesn't appear in 'ML' either!
