Yes, I have this version of 'Petits culs...' and the woman on the
cover bears no resemblance whatsoever to any of the featured cast.

Caballero (and other US video distributors) in the 1980's used to slap pics of women on box covers and strange cast names on imported movies that had no relation to the movie content...

Cathy Menard was one of several very sexy, and very pretty French girls active in the mid 80s. There was a rash of them at that time:
