I believe what you are asking is: are there porn actresses who have gotten pregnant resulting from a sex scene they performed in?
When you consider that many of them perform without condoms, while not taking any birth control pill, performing dozens and dozens of scenes in a given month, the prevalent creampie themed-movies being produced in last couple of years, mathematically speaking it would certainly occur at some point.
The porn industry nor the performers like to discuss this subject (for a variety of legal and personal reasons), so when you do see a performer disappear because of pregnancy or continue shooting preggo scenes, you have to wonder how they got inseminated....

I think these are some of the more obvious reasons the performers and industry just don't want to deal with this issue...

JJ you have not clue the risks these performers get into just to get your jollies off...
Sexually trasmitted diseases, HIV, other medical worries, long working hours, hours on the set doing nothing while some other performer gets made up does his/her scene, lying down and having sex on filthy dingy sets, director screaming at you, the male actor can't seem to keep it up, performer who comes on the set stoned, suitcase pimp who insists on being present while scene is being shot, director or some other crew member hitting on you for a "freebie", rent not paid, and so on...
And yes sometimes they are NOT on the pill (for a variety of reasons, only they would be able to explain to you, and it has nothing to do with bumps on the head...)

Errrr... as someone who has had more than a smidgen of scientific
training, and talked to many people within the industry- yes I have.

risk/reward trade-off. The price of adulthood is that we are [or ought

tears for those many in the World who have NO freedom of choice in
how they live their lives.

With or without porn movies the sexual relationships between adults often result by a birth. Just a quick look in our recent european history, in Europ during the second world war, near 200.000 children born from american GI's or marines without knowing who is the father, it is the same in France with german soldiers, in Algeria with frencheese soldiers, in Africa etc.... I think it is no use to mention before the second world war, when it did not exist journalists, historians, medias etc... like now.
