Very hard movie ID!?

In a German forum someone is searching for the original title of a film which turns out to be quite difficult...

His copy (format: Video 2000) was released by AVC (Amor-Video-Club) under the name "Der Dauerbrenner" - in English it is something like "the perennial hit" or "the evergreen". The name refers to the fact that this movie allegedly could be seen 112 weeks in a cinema of Paris.

It's not clear if this film is a French production, too. Unfortunately, the person who is looking for the title knows not a single actress.

I asked him when he saw this flick the first time because of the year of production and he suggested that it was possibly shot somewhere in-between 1978 and 1983.

He only remembers one scene: In a kitchen a guy takes one girl (maybe his wife) from behind. She says something like: "I like sausages soft inside and crispy outside." As she says this the camera shows a fried sausage in a pan.

Fortunately he posted the front and the back cover of his copy. You can see them here:

Anybody knows the film?

Your help is very much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Some additions...

He can't post any screen caps because he has no working video unit anymore that allows him to see films in Video 2000 format.

He can't remember further details of the plot because the last time he has seen this flick is almost 20 years ago...
