Can anyone name the actress who played Shelly (Hywel Bennett)'s Mum in the TV series?
And does anyone else remember/adore Lynn Dalby, who played the much-put-upon wife of Budgie?

She was also Penny (Jan Francis)' mum in 80s sitcom 'Just Good Friends', and mother to Ellie Pascoe (played by the lovely Susannah Corbett) in early 'Dalziel and Pascoe' series.
