hardest i.d ever!

A long time ago I saw a scene in which an older couple seduces and has sex with a younger girl. The older couple are blonde and the girl has shorter blonde hair and she's wearing a choker necklace. I'm assuming it's a German or Scandinavian production. I also believe it could have been made in the early to mid 90's. Can anybody possibly i.d. this?
