Remarks:
- No idea where the following names on EGAFd come from: Lucia, Marlene Tillon, Michelle Gautier, Sabrina Leich. Only Lucia is also a character name in onscreen credits.

- EGAFd also lists another movie Ejacula: Die saugende Vampirin which is the same according to IAFD. However Florence Morley is listed for this film and she does not seem to appear in Ejacula

- The onscreen title is Ejacula: La Vampira

They come from little old me. I have seen the German version released by XY Video as Ejacula ? Die saugende Vampirin. The credits of this version list the names above. Of course, the credits of this version also claim that the movie was directed by Ralf Scott.
