Futile search for "Teen" film - anyone ?

10 years ago, I rented a "Teensex" film from the local video
store, and CANNOT find it since (could be filmed during 1989-1991?)
Things I remember are:
- ONE very young girl in the entire film, probably of northern
origin (Finnish, Swedish?)
- Girl in jeans walks in some abandoned railway
- Girls meets boy there
- She bjs him
- Girl and boy go to a house (probably wooden, some kind of attic)
- Girl strips behing a ... buicicle
- They have stupid sex. Both are lousy lovers due to their age.
- They get up, THE BOY INFLATES BALLOONS AND BREAKS ONE USING
A CANDLE (the girl is surprised by the bang). They leave.
The last scene is the one I remember the most and possibly
characterizes the film.
