80's or 90's Star that Resembled Morgan Fairchild

Does anyone remember this actress? I think she was either Czech or Russian. She had bleach blond hair with bangs (not exactly straight hair) and peircing blue eyes. And I remember her having a flawless face. I thought her name was Dascha but I keep coming up with that newer actress that has that name. I think she was also fairly petite. I think I remember her being in some American productions as well as Russian or Czech.
