Does anybody know the name of the male lead in this film? Also the present actresses list on EGAFD is very incomplete. The ones I could further identify are Biggi Stenzhorn (in the "audition" scene), Karin Lorson (bj at the club), Gerlinde Weininger (stripper at the club).

Well spotted. I had detected Lorson and Stenzhorn before, but Weininger had escaped me.

There are a few known males in the film, alas the lead's not one of them, although he's a porn regular.

You are right. I could identify Sascha Atzenbeck, Sepp Gneissl, and Claus Sasse, two of whom are already listed on the IMDB. The man that appears at the end of the "audition" scene (the superior of the lead at the company) also seems to be familiar. I remember seeing him in Hei?e L?cher, geile Stecher (non-sex role), Hexy l'amour, and maybe some flicks more. Nevertheless, I don't know his name and I wonder if you do.

He's in Der Pornofotograf, Badewannenorgie - that's just out of the top of my head.

No, I have been looking for him as well.
He is also in Schoolgirls and in Die liebestollen Apothekerstoechter, working at a telegraph office right at the beginning of the film.

He might also play a pimp in Ich sp?re deine Haut, but there I'm less sure it's him.
