The guy is Francesco Malcom.
Unfortunately the search with "Check On Pairings" on iafd.com wasn't successful...

Sorry, I just looked at the scansheet and it involves the busty blonde Lucy Love. It appears MADAME involves the other (brunette) Lucy Love...
