Anyway, I can tell its French from the dialog, but I don't know anything else about the video. I was wondering what movie its from or at least who the actresses are. Any ideas?

The slim blonde seems familiar, but the brunette I don't think I've
seen before [especially that tat on her left shoulder-blade]. Both very
