Expert Needed: Who is this Actress?

Hello all,
I wanted to see if any of the real die-hard experts on this forum would be so kind as to determine who this this actress is, there is no information provided with the video:
The clip is German, but the actress speaks English with what sounds like an Eastern European accent, not quite sure...
I would appreciate any information any of you may have on who this is, she is absolutely amazing and I would like to see more of her.
