Is this the most "CLIQUEYIST" forum I have ever had the misfortune to stumble across or what?, posts by newcommers more often than not remain unanswered, or at best a sarky reply, c'mon guys, I thought porn was supposed to be fun?

I just answered a post by a newcomer(I think he is new) below.

And I disagree entirely re the sarcasm. Most regulars will happily answer questions without resorting to sarcasm even when a question has been answered a million times before. Yes sometimes certain regulars can be grumpy and shout "use the search!" etc. But by and large I dont think the regulars would want anyone to feel excluded.

As for it being "cliqueyist" thats crap. Anyone is welcome to join the party. There should be no elite group of posters.

Now stop whinging or people will get pissed off with you. I suspect your a regular anyway.

alright misfortune might have been stronging it, this is an otherwise excellent, one of a kind website, as Kurt Cobain once said "All apologies"

I must strenuously disagree!

I'm pretty much a newcomer insofar as posting to the board - I rarely post because I rarely have anything to add to the forum. However, on the ocassions that I have posted a question I have received tremendous response from some very big names...

I honestly cannot see where youre coming from unless ofcourse you just want to be inflammatory?

Speaking for myself only, I always try to give a sensible reply to a sensible question..........we (by which I mean some of the more regular fools here- those on Complan....) have discussed this at length from more-or-less your standpoint, and decided that a FRIENDLY, funny approach will attract more people than it deters.
There are an awful lot of foolish questions posted here (which often are instantly-soluble by reference to the FAQs or a search of the database.........),. and sometimes one's patience snaps- for which I can only apologise.
At the end of the day, though, I'm confident that our ever-vigilant moderators will stamp heavily on unseemly behaviour.
This is by FAR the most friendly forum around: please don't be deterred by the apparent 'clubbishness': that's a result of the fact that we really DO get on (barring the odd spat, of course), enough to share a joke once in a while.

Asked, and answered.
