I have the EPM DVD; this is the title-page:

Note the spelling; Moana is the only name given in the credits.

To me this looks like a patent cut-and-paste job; the scenes
featuring Moana are of markedly poorer quality than the others,
although I don't have enough experience with her voluminous
material to absolutely ascertain if they are to be found elsewhere
or are 'original'. Runtime is 73'10", which compares favourably
with iafd's 74. Nikki Dial does not [alas....] appear.

If my guess at Ray Victory is correct then that scene too is
probably taken from 'Beefeaters'- I have a copy somewhere, in
the mini-Black Hole I call a filing-system, which I'll check when
I get a moment.

JJ, the male in scene #3 is NOT Ray Victory. Ray was tall, muscular, with sort of a crewcut type of hairstyle. Face is nowhere close. It is not him, and I do not recognize him at all. He is not one of featured black performers of that era.

It WAS just a guess. No other Afro-Caribbean actors [apart
from Sean Michaels, of course] are listed by iafd as having
appeared with MP- although of course their list, like all
others, is woefuly incomplete, so unless new info. is
forthcoming we're stuck. If even YOU guys don't know him,
that leaves just God, and his Momma.

....and as a general thought, we really need someone to
take all these Moana 'inediti' by the scruff of the neck and
sort them out.
I've got a fair few of them, but eventually stopped acquiring
more for fear of ending up with a load of endlessly-recycled
material. And for most of those I do have, my notes have
a lot of question-marks : -(

JJ some time back I worked on the filmo of Moana for an Italian forum, and you have no idea of how many titles I found of Moana released after her death. They just keep repackaging them with different titles, different scenes and different artwork. I think it is a useless endeavor to make sense of any of these films.
We know porn producers are what they are and they are just trying to make a (fast) buck. I have seen different running time involving DOUBLE CROSSINGS from 73 to 90 minutes depending on the source. It was released by Intropics in the US and I have no isea what scenes it contained, and I have not seen the Italian version.
The black male in question is not familiar to me, and I surmise he was a very minor black performer at the time. Even if we made great efforts in trying to ID him, it would not change matters much. I believe in the US version of the movie, Moana is supposed to perform a scene with Julian St Jox (it is NOT him in the caps you provided).

About the 'inediti', that was pretty much the conclusion I
came to, as well.
Half the battle is knowing when to retreat : -)

The unidentified black guy could well be US performer Joseph Stry(i)ker (this guy here: ).... Apparently, there is no evidence of him having been partnered with Moana, but according to IMDB () he was still active in the early 1990s.

While I appreciate your efforts, I am not convinced it is Joseph Striker/Joseph Stryker, for the following reasons:
=while there are similarties, they do not seem to have the same physical features
=Striker was a black performer from the East Coast (I believe all of the handful of movies he made were shot on East Coast. Although IAFD does not indicate it, I believe he was also in QUICKSILVER, another East Coast movie made in 1987 wth the Melendez sisters). Most likely the Moana movie in question was shot in L.A. Striker was unlikely to travel there just to shoot that scene with Moana in that time frame.
=the timing is not right. The Moana movie was shot in the early 1990's (circa 1993). Stiker was active as late as 1987-1988. The CARNAL COLLEGE movie according to IAFD was made not in 1991 (as IMDB claims) but around 1987 (as IAFD) indicates: . I am more leary of IMDB data than IAFD's, especially when dealing with porn titles..
