Someone please tell me what the characters do, how they're related to each other, and what their motivations are.

There's a brief synopsis already on this website EGAFD but it's very scant.

Good sex film, I especially like how voluptuous and horny Teresa is.

As I recall, the plot of the film is that Teresa is an executive of a sex-oriented company. One encounter is the would-be jobseeker, and others are people from her life, such as the boyfriend with whom she has the encounter in the restroom. Some of the experiences may be meant as flashbacks as Teresa thinks about some of her experiences.
In real life Teresa is Polish, was married to German porn producer/director Hans Moser. He produced a number of films in which she featured, and I believe she did others after they split. Moser went on to discover, marry and make many films with the English porn actress Sarah Louise Young. But you may know all this already. In many of her films, Teresa is in only one or two scenes, and the rest of the films star other performers.
