Looks like US actress Ashlyn Gere to me. To try to locate the actual film title may be a little more difficult.

Without knowing the context of the scene and ID of the male actors paired with Ashlyn, if I were to assume Ashlyn is getting DP'd, then the movie would be REALITIES 2 (1992,Zane). Other than that, unless you have a photographic memoriy and have this movie handy or other movies with Ashlyn, it will be rather difficult to ID it.

If the scans are taken from the same clip (and they appear to be), then there seems to be no doubt it is that movie as I already indicated, since it was the only movie Gere did a DP scene in..
