People seldom read FAQs; or, indeed, read anything much
at all- I suspect, as a species, we're becoming stupider.
Or maybe they assume that the 'European' in the title
refers to the one posting, not the subject [img]

It's no big deal, really- it's often quicker just to answer the
query than to point out any 'rules' that may apply.
I think it's just that there has been an abnormally large crop
of technically O/T posts recently- possibly related to sunspot
activity, or maybe because there's an 'R' in the month [img]
