Couldn't find any info on this one. I watched the version on Blue Vanities DVD #202, which is missing the original audio, unfortunately (BV typically has incongruous background music and none of the original dialogue). Running time was 07:39.
Title translates as "cops and robbers", though "R?uber" can also mean raiders or rascals, and the verb "rauben", besides meaning to rob or to pillage, can also mean to abduct or to carry off, which better fits the theme of this loop.
