It's hard to see either 66g or 67e(a) as Mila.
66f(b) has been discussed here; no name was forthcoming, alas.
66k(b)= Isabelle [2] [note to self: MUST do some better caps
of her].
67f is a relatively recent entry here.

67a(b) and 69a are two transsexuals.

I didn't say anything because I'm sick of having to remember every
time, to spell 'transsexual' with two 's' rather thanh one : -))

And 'tranny'/'trannie' is what older Englishmen call a transistor-
radio [do they still exist? The radios, I mean, not the Englishmen-
although I suppose the latter must necessarily be a dying brreed...].
