Not much help, but it's obviously a V'rama cover of a Seventeen
title, going by the ubiquitous headbands.
Alas, the resolution of your pic is too poor for my feeble eyes to
make out any detail of the girls' faces.

You were right jj. It's from the series Seventeen.
The request is from a German forum. In the meantime someone posted the original title: Once Upon a Time 9. ('Es war einmal ...' is German for 'Once upon a time ...')
The person who started the thread there isn't sure if the actress he is searching for is already listed. Therefore he might post some caps soon...
