The second screens look like
Regina Ice; as the resolution is so
poor I'm going largely by the groin-tattoo, which however doesn't
appear to be present in the first set.

I was aware her tattoo had 'evolved' over her career, but wasn't
entirely sure if she'd done anything completely 'tattoo-less'.

No, the tattoo's there in that threesome scene, just well-disguised by her clothing, and the timing of those vidcaps. You have to press your nose to the monitor, but enlarge and check "00:11:20" (bottom-left) of
the posted caps. You can just see the bottom drip of the bleeding heart peeking out.
I'd venture that, a) you're better acquainted with her filmography than I, and b) if she's had a tatt since
Auditions 2, there won't be much, if any, genuinely "tattoo-less" stuff around.
