It's because she looks very "matronly" here and hardly recognizable.
Seen in many Mario Salieri productions.

I'm sorry, Len; we've had this discussion before. That woman
is
XNK0987, not Silvia [who doesn't appear in 'Inferno' anyway];
she's MUCH older and has completely different [saggy!] tits.

There IS a Salieri scene ['Vi presento mia moglie', IIRC] where
Silv's in curlers but IIRC it's the intro and she doesn't
actually have sex wearing them.
