"For You Only #1: Mach's mit mir!" was released in 1998, "Zum Sperma Hotel" in the late 1990s. Moreover both actresses look very similar: I hope that backs your (and my) surmise that they are the same.

Haven't seen 'ZSH' for yonks but am fairly confident.
