Looking for a movie with Jirina and Chris Charming

The movie is about the alternatives in a typical ladies' academy in London (not one of the Student Houses' series, which are newer):
It starts with a blonde and a brunette girls in the bedroo and they start to care each other. It results that both of them are "wearing" (?) love balls, one in the vagina, the other in the ass. They try also some dildos. In a moment the director of the academy (Chris Charming I think) interrupts to advise he is going to look for a new student from abroad.
The student is Jirina, and while he drives her to the academy she starts teasing him.
In the meantime the director's wife is reading a magazine in a sofa and one of a students' boyfriend comes. She starts teasing him and they start "doing it".
In the middle of the action other student arrives (a very thin girl) with her boyfriend and also start "doing it". There is no foursome, just both couples in different sofas.
While this happens the director arrives to an office and starts "doing it" with Jirina. He calls her wife to advise he will return late because he has to decide if he accepts or not the new student. She answers while being penetrated by behind.
Finally the director leaves Jirina in a bedroom with another student. You can guess what happens... Yes! They "do it".
I don't remember if there is a scene missing in my memory here.
Next: the director and the thin girl, and the brunette girl of the first scene and her boyfriend (the one who "did it" with the director's wife!) are playing strip poker. Both couples start "doing it". As before, no foursome.
The blonde girl of the first scene arrives and shouts the director for not accepting Jirina (I support her!!). The director and the thin girl leave the room. The blonde girl joins the other couple and a threesome develops until the end of the movie.
That's all I remember! Unfortunately no label or date...
