In this link, EGAFD indicates that DELIRIO has an alternate title known as DELIRIO-Il Mio Primo Anale. I am not quite sure what the source of this information is. The on-screen title that appears at the very beginning of the movie is simply DELIRIO. It seems more likely that "Il Mio Primo Anale" slipped in there (as part of an an alternate title), due to the F.M. video box cover art that shows DELIRIO and right below it in smaller characters "Il Mio Primo Anale" (literally: My First Anal). That statement was nothing more than a marketing ploy to advertise the fact that La Venere Bianca was performing her first anal scene in the movie, but it was not part of the film title in the movie itself (at least in the original Italian version of the movie). If there were subsequent re-issues or foreign versions of the movie which may have incorporated (on screen) the additional words "Il Mio Primo Anale" I am not aware, and perhaps those that may have seen or acquired such versions may want to clarify this point.
La Venere Bianca performs an anal scene at the end of the movie with Joachim Kessef (billed in the on-screen credits as "Joakim").

the other cast members (besides La Venere Bianca) are: Jessica Fiorentino, Ketty Blond, Anita Valeri, Morgana Kiss, Regina, Franco Roccaforte, Carlos Calderon. The other female performers (aside from the well-known Venere and Fiorentino) may or may not be listed in the EGAFD database, and some additional identification and screencaps will probably be required.

I noticed in doing further research in this forum that Texxx ID'd one performer back in Feb. 2008, in response to a query.

This was Monica Osky (who appears in the 4th scene of DELIRIO 2 with two males, but have no clue how she was billed in the movie credits).
Perhaps Texxx or others may have kept personal notes on the other perfomers (there are 2-3 blondes, one with several large tattoos).
