Part 2 (from what I have been able to reconstruct from screencaps of the French Colmax version) seems to have same and different elements of Part 1.
The driving "force" of Part 2 seems to be the incestuous relationship between Anna Visconti (Dolly Golden) and her son Sandrino (Luca Bazzuca).
Scene breakdown seems to be as follows:
(1) Dolly Golden and Danola having sex outdoors on top of the hood and next to a Rolls Royce
(2) Franco Roccaforte and Karma (anal) having sex outside a large swimming pool
(3) Karma (anal) and Andrea Nobili having sex (this is the same nurse scene seen in Part 1)
(4) Philippe Dean and Alex Mantegna screwing Nikki Anderson in a living room (DP)
(5) Dolly Golden and her "son" having sex in the bathroom
(6) Joy Karin's (anal) and Philippe Dean screwing on a coch (this appears to be same scene as seen in Pt 1)
