I think you may be describing loops made/released in late 1970's-early 1980's by Diamond. I have seen some of them way back then, but my memory is hazy and nothing you have outlined rings any bells. Those Diamond loops were somewhat inferior than the "Swedish Erotica" ones, with silly costumes (you know cowboys, cowgirls, etc) and storylines. The girls were not as attractive as in the the SE loops, but average-looking in many respect, and in my recollection heavily made up (even for the time). I think Seka may have appeared in one or two of those loops, as well as Cris Cassidy, Don Fernando, Dan T. Mann, etc.
The girl in "scene 1" from the link is unknown to me.
Have you looked at the other Diamond collection box covers and scene thumbnails to see if there is anything there that reminds you of these scenes? you saw in your movie.
