From what I can see, I have found advertised a certain number of preggo movies (mostly dubbed US movies), some Euro preggo movies, but very little euro lactation. There is one Roy Alexander lactation movie made a few years back with very attractive performers, whose title escapes me now. I think that is the best one I saw. There have been some euro performers (the red head Rosses) who have done lactation scenes (mostly for internet or US movies).
There have been a handful of titles made in Britain a few years back.

Japan comes first as the nation that produces most pornographic material per year. That 'mosaic' thing is a heritage of General MacArthur's obscenity laws and LDP paternalism. Ironically, mosaic censorship is what restrained Japanese pornographers to focus on things other than genitalia and made Japanese porn unique.
