I think caps 2 and 3 are definitely Cristel Lauris. It's 4 and 5 which don't look so much like her, but in my original black and white caps (because they were from an NTSC tape) I had them all as the same person. At that time I had not identified her. Those caps were also arranged in a way which agrees that there's another blonde whose face is never fully seen.

Thanks. This was timely as I've just acquired another title featuring Gwenda (Carolina) from which caps have been added though the title is not yet listed which made me notice that the caps from this film needed updating.

From which DVD were these caps made? The credits are not the original ones - was it a Blue One DVD? I made notes from the closing credits of the tape with some possible IDs from the imdb list then current in brackets:

They were difficult to read from the tape and I just checked them from the Caballero DVD.

It seems to me that we are left with Frederique Souchier and Louise Maier for Evelyne Manta and the extra blonde.

If you're satisfied about the former, I'm OK about the latter- and to
be fair CL is the only name that fits the bill in terms of appearance.

I got it in a trade, to replace a poor-quality Caballero disc- so I
assume it's from the Blue One DVD [it opens with the 'Alpha France'
logo if that's any help- and the quality's additional evidence]. If
it IS a 'Blue One one', we can be grateful that they didn't prove it
by performing one of their trademark lobotomies, though : -))

As you know, I'm out of my depth in this period, but 4WIW that
makes sense to me.

It's probably simplifying but Alpha France became Blue One in effect.

Yes, the only better quality efforts in terms of picture for 70s films I've seen are the Scandinavian 'In the Sign of' DVDs.

Too true. I don't know why Lasse Braun was favoured, but they released a three-disc set of this one, French Blue and Sensations, uncut, which is presumably why Orgazmik don't sell it given some of the content of the last two.

Two final points.
I've looked again at the caps and while I'm OK with the fringed
brunette/redhead as Cristel, I still have concerns about this
brunette:

who doesn't seem to be present in the 'group shot' but suddenly
appears, as if out of nowhere, at the end of the orgy. Confusingly,
the pink scarf seems absent in one of the above- and earlier, I
thought I spotetd Cristel sporting a similar garment......

And do these caps of CR finally exorcise her ghost from 'Maison des
phantasmes'?
