Have now acquired the Part 2 DVD and it seems we might usefully
dispense with the current division unto parts, at least until
someone comes forward with precise details of the original VHS.
Throughout, only five females appear [barring unidentifiable extras
in the background]: Sarah, Bernadette, Stefania, Nikita and [non-
sex] Elisabeth.
Part 2 on the DVD is pretty much scenes 4-6 of Part 1 repeated,
in better pic-quality; some of the linking action is slightly
longer in Part 2 [notably Sarah's finding of Nikita's dead body,
which AFAICT doesn't appear at all in Part 1], but not to any
signifcant extent.
Walter has given a runtime for the original complete VHS as 148
min.; my Part 1 is 100, Part 2 is 76.... allowing for the overlap
and the slight variations in plot-links I make it 44 [at which
sc. 4 below starts]+ 76= 120 min. So it seems we are almost 30
min. short compared to the original. The following breakdown
matches Mabal's almost exactly but unfortunately he didn't state
whether he made it from the VHS or DVD version.

Although the cover has a time of 2 hrs 30 minutes, it actually runs for 2 hrs 32 minutes 30 seconds.

From that cover all those scenes are on the FM version- so what
accounts for the extra 30 or so minutes on this? Any sign of

As I said, my Part 1 runs for 100 min. I've re-checked it and while
the menu-page has the FM Video logo the disc-label is in French with
the legend 'copyright 2004- Unimat EDV1130', so it seems that this
is another version entirely.
Damn...... although it explains [in part] the overlap with my
[definitely FM] Part 2.

There are two different FM Video labels:

1. FM Video S.A.R.L. ? which is French.
2. F.M. Corporation Video 2001 s.r.l. ? which is Italian.

There is a single disc DVD version of Sexy Killer on the French label that runs for 1 hr 40 minutes 24 seconds; this is a cut down version of the complete film.

For the longest version of the film that is available today (as far as I know), you need the two-part Italian FM version ? which is the one available from ErosLand.

THAT's definitely the one I've got, and thought was the FM Part 1.
I'll have to get the 'real' Part 1.

Titles Nikita a Assassina Sexual and Nikita a Assassina Sexual 2 are of the Portuguese releases. I think they should be better replaced by original Italian titles.

I don't know whether I should wade into this discussion, I don't know what I can contribute.
I have unearthed the VHS version (of part 2) which was released in the US by In-X-Cess (in 1997 I believe).
To begin with the title (which seems to come from the International Film italian release) reads: SEXY KILLER NIKYTA 2. The audio is in English dubbed (and not done very professionally). The movie is a hard-core version of the French internation hit NIKITA (1990) by Luc Besson
This version runs approx 1:13:22, although I have seen "official" running lengths of approx 77 minutes (actually for both versions of the In-X-cess editions). But I don't think the variations are that relevant.
Not having seen Part 1, I can't comment on what has come before or what portions/scenes of part 1 are present in part 2.

Scene 1: Sarah making sapphic love on a chair in front of boudoir with mirror. They are soon joined by Christophe Clark. Dual b/j. Clark sitting on chair screws Sarah in reverse cowgirl. Then he screws Nikita in missionary, and Sarah as well in same position, and quickly anals Sarah (also continues anal in reverse cowgirl. He cums on both their faces.
Scene 2: large classy restaurant scene with Christophe (he plays a character called Sergio) and Sarah (which is also the name of the character she is playing) dining. He hands her a girft. It is a box containing a gun. She is shocked. He tells her she must kill a man sitting at a nearby table. If she doesn't comply, he must return her to prison. She kills the man and fless in stolen car..
What follows is a lot of dialogue between Sergio and Sarah and Sarah and Angloma (Nikita) about how the two women were coerced by him in carrying out assassinations. Sarah is shown killing another male victim (while he was getting in a car) with a high powered rifle.
Next sex scene is right after this assassination, with Sarah and Clark in bed (with red sheets). They go through the regular routine (b/j/, vaginal and anal sex) with Sarah jacking him off on her face.
Next scene shows Sarah working as a "maid" for a young couple (seems to be Stefania Sartori and a bearded Richard Langin). Sarah brings them breakfast and the woman (Sartori) warmly invites Sarah to join them for a 3-way (anal for both women, and he jerks off over their faces). Sometime later while this couple is hosting a party Sarah is trying to locate some some incriminating agenda from the man's study but is surprised by Sartori and Sarah shoots her through the chest.
With this agenda book Sarah has now turned rogue and Sergio is ordered by his boss to get rid of Sarah. But Sarah tosses a copy of the ageanda book at Sergio and speeds off in a car by telling him she has kept a copy and to leave her alone.

I neglected to mention and I though it was perhaps irrelevant when I was jottiong down my notes, is that in the scene right BEFORE Sarah joins Sartori and Langin in bed, Sarah sees and hears a TV news bulletin wherein the police make a gruesome discovery of a young blonde woman who has drowned under "suspicious" circumstances. The girl appears to be Nikita, although it was hard (for me) to see.
In all these previous posts no one has taken the time to actually detail the scenes or plotlines in both versions. So I really do not know what is what.
I hope my breakdown has been of some help.

Sounds a good match for my part 2, as above.
I omitted plot since I assumed most readers would be familiar with the original,
to which this hommage is broadly similar.
