another Paul Martin film to identify

German title: Im Fieber der Wollust
Director: Paul Martin (= Claude Pierson)
It probably is La Fi?vre dans la peau, given that both have "fever" in the title, but I'd like confirmation. The on-screen credits give 1978 as year, tell us about technical contributors (Make-up: Roland Warnod, Assistant Director: Pierre Guichard, etc.) but are short on cast info. One problem is that the IMDb lists Benoit Archenoul for the film (with the French title), and he's not in it (i.e. not in the film I saw: Im Fieber der Wollust).

Guy Royer plays a movie director who is filming somewhere in the Basque region of Spain. Amongst his crew we find the Lemieuvres, Cyril Val and Marion Schultz. Jenny Feeling plays a local actress who apparently understands neither Spanish nor French.
One night in his hotel room (we know, because it has a trouser press) Guy is visited by a behatted woman who demands instant love, the kind of offer Guy cannot refuse. We do not get to see her face, and neither does Guy, and soon he becomes obsessed about finding her again, and there are plenty of sightings of her, though all from a distance.
At the movie set there is plenty of loose morals on show. One day they also get a visit from Robert Leray and Claude Janna, and the latter invites Guy to her home, to get to know him better.
But Guy is soon back on the trail of that mystery woman: on one occasion he tracks her back to a house where an orgy takes place (archive footage from another Pierson film). On another he confronts her at a party, after having watched her having sex again, but it turns out to be a case of mistaken identity (Marie-Dominique Cabannes). Finally, he finds her on yet another bonking occasion doing Charly Schreiner and Dominique Aveline, and her identity is revealed.
