The "bullshit" you diplomatically refer to, is nothing more than simple physical abuse and degradation of a woman (regardless of whether she was well paid or consented to be so treated). If you saw that in the street you would call the cops and have that abuser taken away in a paddy wagon.

If someone wants to do that in the privacy of their home, so be it. When people actually make and produce that shit for marketing/money making purposes, I really can't understand that. It's physical abuse and degradation, with the man repeatedly whipping and slapping the girl (and you can see her squirming and in real pain). He should have been thrown in that fireplace in the room as a fire log.
