The Italian title but not the original I suppose is Palestra Attrezzi per Signora
I have a version (The Gym Club - Sascha Alexander Video) that is not the same as the film on the cover

On the front the credits show Luana Borgia, Pussycat and Anastasia but the front and the back cover give different scenes with Pussycat, Jane Bryant and another girl I can't recognize.
