David Perry FFM scene in an office

Could someone help me id a movie where David Perry has a scene with two girls in some sort of an office/warehouse. He comes in for some sort of an interview, and a black haired (bob cut) girl eyes him lustily. The other scene features a blond girl in some sort of a board room, she also keeps making calls from a payphone near a beach.
