In the first file, "Jack" introduces himself. He says that the teen series continues in this film and tells the viewer to stay tuned.
In the second file, "Jack" bids farewell to the viewer, telling that he'll have his time sipping some beer until he comes with more teens in the next one.
Which regional accent is this, by the way? It sounds really 'unrefined'.

Not being German, I couldn't say what regional accent it is.
First file, I got the impression is was introduces something.
Second file, I got the impression was closing the show, and he points to a bar. Like you said, I guess 'Jack' kills time drinking beer until his next show.
The audio is from 'Spanner Teeny 9'
I'm not too sure what 'Spanner' means from a German perspective. Spanner in the UK is a tool for metal nuts / bolts.
As for 'Teeny' all the girls are 20 / 30 +

The same etymology in English [unsurprising, since our word is
taken from the german root]- the tool 'spans' the width of the
nut or bolt in the same way that a bridge spans a river : -)

Back-cover bottom left is, I think, Carmen Herzog; right-hand
corner looks uncannily like Debbie van Gils, but I wouldn't bet
my life on it. The rest I have no idea about.

thanks
Other's have also agreed, that Girl 04 is infact 'Carmen Herzog'
We knew Girl 01 was 'Debbie van Gils' already
Girl 03, someone has said it could be 'Ellen Haufler'
..as for Girl 02, she remains a mystery.
