The film was made in 1996, The two guys Atilla Schuster and Anthony Harwood, The blond girl maybe Monica Scarlet, ang girl with red hair-ribbons Andrea Kohn, brown hair girl Belinda Bayer(?).

These are clearly stills- there is no certainty that the scene was filmed.
