I imagine when you speak of "western" fuilms, you refer to the wild wild west.

The worst thing is seeing "western"-themed hc movies with girls with fake tits and tattoos, and shaved pussies, and underthings that hardly look what men and women used to wear in those times.
If anyone is going to make a period movie (western, sci-fi, ancient times, etc) and make you believe in that fantasy the costumes should ring true, people should look realstic, and not have sex scenes with screaming women shouting at the top of their voices, saying modernistic things.

Negflected to mention this one:
THE GOOD, THE BAD & THE HORNY (1985,VCX) a silly "western" movie with Amber Lynn and John Holmes. The title is a rip off the Sergio Leone cult classic.

For strict verisimiilitude they ought also to have full bushes, very bad teeth,
rickets, and syphilis : -))

Well, I wouldn't carry it THAT far!
Girls should look nice, clean and attractive, but when I see completely shaved pussies, tattoos and fake tits and panties that were just bought in a sex shop for a "period" movie, that really ruins it. And don't forget the mannerisms and sexual build up and set-ups. It's like seeing a modern movie with people dressed in Halloween costumes.

!shocked! Really, jj, have mercy, I used to fantasize about saloon girls....they look so adorable tarted up in their fishnets, garters and ruffled petticoats.

It's hard to believe that none of the main producers in recent years has used the saloon bar/gambling den as a setting. It would give all sorts of options: burlesque, striptease, strip and fuck, hardcore strip poker, scarlet dolls as gambling prizes etc. And there would be the inevitable shoot outs at the end.....A film like that could appeal to lingerie and lipstick fetishists as well.

lol. I agree! I haven't seen the Goldlight films with Monica Roccaforte, but I believe that those old Salieri-films and those made by his wife are not so utterly anachronistic.
