Two women and a barman

I am trying to remember a scene in a bar with two women and an 'innocent' barman. The two women are beautifully made up and at least one of them has a cigarette. They sit at different tables and both take a fancy to the said barman.
By means of knowing looks and much tongue flicking they formulate a silent plan to seduce the poor young man. They do it very well - nice and slow - a pleasant change from the standard frantic humping. I am pretty sure it was a European film.
