What French movie ?

I'm looking for a movie (i think 1999-2003). I see on a satellite channel to softcore. The rembember that:
the actors speak in French.
a black girl (maid) dance for the owners (husband and wife). Then the wife goes to bed alone, and her husband ( Ian Scott ? I'm not sure) has sex with a black girl on the couch. The next day, the couple have breakfast and the husband goes to work. There comes a boy and has sex with the wife : Sex in a Iacuzzi (i remember the song: U2 - Desire). The wife is a very beautiful girl, hair blacks with short hair up to his neck.
