In Sweden it appears Les Miches de la Boulang?re was released by Max's under the name: Lilla Lolitan ?ker till Paris - 1992 - Max's

As for New Wave Hookers 4, I guess there's a New Wave Hookers 1 - 3 and possibly a 5. Not that I know anything about these films.

You didn't miss something. There is simply a trailer for New Wave Hookers 4. I don't think the New Wave Hookers series is here on EGAFD (then again it could be US related ? )
