One has to wonder what the point of listing common christian names is
on EBI without putting them into context

ie this name that site

From what I understand about EBI, it is more designed for "models" than really porn (movie) performers. EBI will go to great lengths to list web sites (links) where they have posed or worked for (photo shoots or web scenes).
What name was used for what occasion gets lost/omitted in the way the videos or web sites are listed in their "filmographies".
EGAFD has set up filmographies in a different way and is able to indicate (to some/great extent depending on information it has in its database) what aliases were used in what movie.
The filmography setup is quite different for EGAFD and EBI.

I understand that but it still doesnt explain what value there is in listing such common names as stephanie,steffi,viktoria etc with no context

EBi go to all the trouble of listing what they do on those websites
Surely not too much of quantum jump to think sex act + alias used

Maybe something to do with the other sites their affiliated with
who specialise in alias to websites

That's why I recently pointed out that "[expletive deleted].com" was superior, at
least in respect of linking a given girl's aliases to particular sites, to EBI.

I think we can be assured its for money reasons

Still cant fathom out how the landscape has changed so much over the past 5/6 years that peple openly upload anything and everything and seemingly get away with it.

It does seem there are only a few sites now, that actively chase pirates.
Maybe they're making enough money not to bother : -))
